Missionary Discussions and Random Pictures

A couple of weeks ago the missionaries came knocking on our door. They asked if we new anyone that they could teach and Juli spoke up and said I want to learn more. So currently she is taking missionary discussions! We are excited for her and it's really fun learning along with her. We went to an investigators baptism on Saturday. Juli is thinking about baptism but stilll has lots to learn. It is neat to see the missionaries work with her. It brought back a ton of memories from my mission. Anyways I finally started to update my blog and as usually I don't have a lot of time. So here's what we have been up to lately.

Christmas 2008

Chad was so excited Christmas morning. I finally gave in and got him an Xbox 360. I made him go on a treasure hunt to find it. We had fun. I finally posted on my blog. It's only 4 months late.

Easter

Easter came really early this year. I heard the easter bunny hopping around at 2:00 in the morning. I bet the Easter bunny was really tired this morning. Chad and I were really excited to celebrate Easter this year. It is really fun to see Juli get excited about finding eggs. Needless to say she found the most this year.

It's a girl! We have a new foster daughter. Her name is Julianne and she is 16 years old. We met her on Feb. 12 and she went home with us that night. She is perfect for our family. She loves bunnies, painting, guitar, and the same music that Chad likes. We are still adjusting and getting to know one another. We have spent the last few days shopping. Today we are going to get our hair done. We have really enjoyed having a new family member. I'll post a picture as soon as I can. She's really cute and sweet too.

Chad and I were sealed on December 20, 2006.

Now we get to celebrate two anniversaries.
